EuroLawyers EEIG have been founded in 1995 as border crossing network of European law offices. With the opening of the European legal and economical market our aim above all was to offer to medium sized enterprises an attractive and well functioning network of law offices cooperating within Germany as well as Europe-wide which in every way is equal to the so-called large scale attorneys’ partnerships as concerns professional competency and technical equipment, without, however, losing personal touch with their individual clients.

EuroLawyers EEIG in the meantime have established themselves as competitive and efficient European Economical Interest Group (EEIG). It is their target to win further experienced colleagues in order to guarantee a full coverage representation in all of Europe in the future.

With presently 9 locations with law offices EuroLawyers are already now represented by their members in many German and some European cities and economy centers offering the services of attorneys and attorneys specialized in certain law fields excelling by technical competency and great personal dedication.

The members of EuroLawyers EEIG are linked with each other and – should the occasion arise – may also call in members of different locations who, based upon their admission as specialists or their work and focus of interest, possess special knowledge. Thus the members of EuroLawyers EEIG provide an extensive scope of performance for their clients; this way they may offer to medium sized enterprises as well as to private persons in Germany and Europe a legal consultation covering many different professional fields and spheres of interest. Even though each individual member may use the know-how and information potential of all members, a mandate relationship is not contracted with EuroLawyers EEIG itself, but always with the respective member law office commissioned with the performance of the attorney’s service. The contact party of the client is always the attorney of his/her confidence locally -no matter where a legal problem arises.
Due to the practiced cooperation of EuroLawyers legal problems, contracts or other matters may be handled quickly and effectively – even if hundreds of kilometers away – without time-consuming and expensive business trips.

The members of EuroLawyers EEIG highly regard personal contact with each other, which inter alia, may be attended to during the meetings taking place twice a year. This is also a forum for exchange of experiences and further professional training.
